About the POWERTWISTER®

It is not the position of the cable drum that is crucial, but rather the intended use position and the correct cable pull-off.
With the POWERTWISTER®, horizontal and suspended uncoiling are technically intended and permissible.

Yes, provided this is technically intended. Lifting via the core opening is permissible if the load is controlled and absorbed axially. The POWERTWISTER® is designed precisely for this application and ensures safe, material-friendly loading.

The innovation lies in the system change. Where previously cable trestles, high physical effort and several people were needed, the POWERTWISTER® now enables simple, safe and ergonomic unreeling with just one person, quickly, in a space-saving and controlled manner.

The POWERTWISTER® is a sophisticated system, developed in Germany, from practice for practice – not just a simple metal part. The combination of T-profile, bearing, and suspension allows for controlled, safe, and ergonomic drum unwinding, meets the requirements of safety officers, and is designed for standard-compliant use, including UVV testing.

The POWERTWISTER® is simply inserted into the central bore and aligns itself there positively; the function is created by the system, not by the chain length.

The difference lies in the system. While conventional methods rely on cable jacks, effort, time, and multiple people, the POWERTWISTER® enables simple, space-saving, ergonomic, and safe unwinding with a clearly defined process and significantly reduced risk.

The POWERTWISTER® is suitable for drums with:

  • Cables
  • Pipes
  • Ropes
  • Chains
  • Hoses
  • Wires
