The POWERTWISTER® was specially developed for horizontal unreeling and thus meets the relevant requirements for safe and standard-compliant use. Thanks to the freely rotatable, ball-bearing-mounted suspension, the cable drum can move freely when unrolling.

What is crucial is not the position of the cable drum, but its intended operating position and correct cable unwinding.
With the POWERTWISTER®, horizontal and suspended unwinding are technically intended and permissible.

Yes, provided this is technically intended. Lifting via the core opening is permissible if the load is controlled and absorbed axially. The POWERTWISTER® is designed precisely for this application and ensures a safe, material-friendly load.

The innovation lies in the system change. Where cable jacks, high physical effort, and multiple people were previously required, the POWERTWISTER® now enables easy, safe, and ergonomic unwinding by just one person, quickly, compactly, and in a controlled manner.

The POWERTWISTER® is a well-engineered system developed in Germany, from practice for practice – not just a simple metal part. The combination of T-profile, bearing, and suspension enables controlled, safe, and ergonomic unwinding, meets the requirements of safety officers, and is designed for standard-compliant use, including UVV testing.

The POWERTWISTER® is simply inserted into the central bore and aligns itself there positively; the function arises from the system, not from the chain length.

The difference lies in the system. While conventional methods rely on cable jacks, effort, time, and multiple people, the POWERTWISTER® enables easy, space-saving, ergonomic, and safe unreeling with a clearly defined process and significantly lower risk.
